Throughout his distinguished career, he has served in executive leadership roles at both public and private institutions of higher education, where he has built innovative safety programs, led organizational change, and fostered collaboration across diverse campus communities.
A respected thought leader in the profession, Marlon has played a significant role in advancing public safety standards and practices nationwide. He has served as President of the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA), Chair and Commissioner of the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA), and held numerous leadership positions dedicated to strengthening the campus safety profession. His expertise helps organizations enhance safety, preparedness, resilience, and operational effectiveness while supporting their institutional missions.
