Heather Jennings

Heather Jennings, PMP is an Operational Project Manager at COSECURE, where she leads and coordinates strategic initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance client success. Known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence, Heather works across teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with measurable results.

Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from La Salle University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), the global standard for excellence in project management. She also serves as Vice President of Community Partnerships and Outreach for the PMI Delaware Valley Chapter, where she fosters relationships between the chapter, local organizations, and project management professionals to promote community engagement and professional development opportunities.

Further strengthening her expertise in the security industry, Heather earned the Essentials of Security Project Management Certificate from ASIS International, combining proven project management methodologies with security focused best practices. This unique blend of project management and security knowledge enables her to successfully lead initiatives in complex and highly regulated environments.
