Fran Mozgai

Fran has worked with COSECURE since 2017, and provides services to clients across various industries including, education, health care, government, corporate, and non-profit/social service entities. His work provides support to large, medium, and small organizations and focuses on physical security program management including the use of technical systems, such as access control, security cameras, visitor management platforms, and mass/emergency notification modalities. Additionally, he helps ensure the appropriate subject matter knowledge and capacity is in place, as well as assessing internal response capacity and provides policy development support.

Prior to joining COSECURE Fran served with the Hillsborough NJ Police Department for almost 26 years, retiring as a Captain. During his tenure he worked in and supervised the following functions:

• Patrol
• Investigations
• Training
• Traffic
• Community policing
• Internal Affairs/Compliance

Fran is board certified in security management by ASIS International as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and served on their School Safety and Security Council. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Moravian University and a Master’s degree from Boston University.
