Daniel R. Pascale, CPP, is a board-certified security and emergency management professional with more than 30 years of experience as a practitioner, consultant, instructor, trainer, keynote speaker, author, and volunteer leader. As CEO of COSECURE, Daniel is responsible for setting the overall strategic consulting and business development strategies including lateral acquisition and identification of emerging markets. Daniel manages a team of security professionals, former federal, state, and local law enforcement leaders, and military and emergency management officials with unparalleled skills in physical security, cybersecurity and compliance, emergency preparedness, and business continuity. Prior to leading COSECURE, for more than a decade, Daniel served as a partner and later Executive Vice President of Margolis Healy and Associates (now The Healy+ Group) where he was responsible for developing consulting strategies and business development initiatives, and led the security and emergency management practice areas.
