COSECURE, an ancillary business of Cozen O’Connor, delivers integrated cybersecurity and enterprise risk solutions, combining decades of expertise in cyber, physical security, emergency management, and threat response to serve clients across the public and private sectors since 2008.
COSECURE was established as a Cybersecurity Services business of Cozen O’Connor, founded to provide world-class cybersecurity services, including network risk assessments, policy review and testing, compliance, investigations, and penetration testing, among other services, in 2022. COSECURE underwent a strategic realignment that brought together principals and leadership from Margolis Healy and Associates (MHA), along with their established risk assessment, physical security, emergency management, workplace violence, and active threat training practices, to synergize with existing cybersecurity services, creating COSECURE Enterprise Risk Solutions. The principals and consulting team have proudly served as a trusted partner to hundreds of private corporations, universities, colleges, manufacturers, commercial properties, and government agencies since 2008.
