Gloria Graham has 24 years of public-safety-related experience for Tier 1 public and private research institutions with world-class medical facilities and Division I National Championship NCAA athletic teams. She has special event planning expertise for facilities with a capacity of more than 100,000 persons and high-profile dignitaries including the President of the United States. She’s had budget planning and oversight responsibilities greater than $15 million, led vendor and collective bargaining contract negotiations and oversight, and overseen strategic planning, data analysis, and results-driven accountability metrics. She has a bachelors in criminal justice studies, master’s in leadership development, and extensive experience in change management and process improvement. She is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command.
